This is a remote working position with specific monthly dates at their local terminal.

Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manages new and established accounts for continued revenue, profit growth and achievement of strategic sales objective goals.
  • Identifies situations requiring effective negotiation skills and maintains positive client relationships.
  • Interacts with other departments such as Linehaul, Pricing, Operations, etc.
  • Assists with special projects as directed.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Sales, or related

2+ years of Sales experience

Experience in the transportation industry

Organization, prioritization, follow-up skills and ability to multi-task

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in front of large groups

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office
